Timeline for the External Tandem Advisors
External Tandem Advisors setting up:
- The External Tandem Advisors members sign the Code of Conduct (by October 14th, 2021)
- The External Tandem Advisors members have the first introduction online meeting to get to know each other and establish the conditions for the collaboration (by October 14th - November 2021)
- The External Tandem Advisors will chair at the beginning of the programme, discuss the programme activities and decide on the consensus form (March 16th, 2022)
Building relationships and matchmaking:
- Screening of the SMEs and the startups applications to the ‘EU ECO-TANDEM Biz Programme’. Output: a ranked list of 80 startups and SMEs (May 15th - June 26th, 2022)
- Validating the Matchmaking Event Plan creation (June-July 2022)
- Participating and valuing the Matchmaking Event progress, implementation, outputs; (September 2022)
- Decide upon the quality of the created TANDEMS (September 2022)
- Advising with general consultation the elaborated Tandems’ Plan of Action (September 1st - October 31st, 2022)
Recognising the results achieved:
- Contribution for the ‘Report on Cross-sectorial cooperation: TANDEM pilot cooperations live and results’ (December 2022)
- Participating in the Awarding Ceremony (optional) (January 2023)
Effort: 30 hours in the time of 14 months (October 2021 - January 2023)
